Backstory: Referred to me by one of my best friends/colleague/mentor, master of strategic communications, David M. Gervon; Maison Sucre, headed by Miss Claudia Rubio sought out a website design from DoggHouse Productions. The company specializes in exquisite french pastries, sweets & desserts inspired by french technique and culture blended and mixed with spanish mamacita passion.

Backstory: This project was supposed to be for a startup company named “Tinsel Hits” (as in Tinsel town aka Hollywood) which then changed its name to Eqobe. The idea had to do with a movie streaming and commenting site, but the details were proprietary beyond that. DoggHouse Productions responded to a gig posted on craigslist and met with a representative named Max, somewhere in Malibu to discuss the opportunity, need for graphic services, and project details.

Backstory: Photographers today are a dime a dozen. After interning with several magazines and under celebrity photographer/director Patrick Hoelck, Johnathan Ellis, aka Jellis, is consistently slammed with high end clients, gigging around the world for Vogue, Elle, For All Mankind, W, etc, as a professional retoucher and tech. In his spare time, when he’s not slaying the jazz axe, he dedicates his time to shooting amateur models on his own, thus progressing his career & reputation as a beast in the world of dynamic fashion lighting and photography.

The golden leaf was inspired from my memories of crispy golden leaves falling from winter bound trees in New Jersey.
