Flyer Design for Eat Academy

Project: Flyer Design for Eat Academy
Client: Eat Academy, Jocelyn Vanlandingham, eatacademyca.com
Location: San Francisco CA, Oakland CA, Bay Area California
Tools: Photoshop, Photography
Backstory: At its core, Eat Academy is a pressure-free learning environment where everybody is encouraged to experience the tasteful art and incredibly awesome science of gastronomy. Eat Academy’s head honcho and culinary superstar, Jocelyn Vanlandingham, looked to DoggHouse Productions to collaborate on it’s professional image consultation as well as various digital marketing mediums – such as a logo, web site, print ads, and food photography. We wish you continued good luck in your venture…and for the record, your food is delicious.

The grand opening of Eat Academy featured a whole Pig Butchery Demo. Whoa! This was so cool. Using the logo, web site font, and various pig elements, we peppered and arranged the composition in a playful way that was eye catching. The ad was printed and mounted on various cork boards as well as digitally distributed through email and displayed on eat academy’s facebook page. Photography for the event was also crushed by DoggHouse Productions and can be seen here: Pig Butchery Demo Pics.  The bacon riette (bacon cooked in bacon fat) was so f’ing good.
